-250 Days until Fourth of July (July 4th) Parade Residents, Organizations and Businesses are invited to participate in the 2009 Celebration Parade on July 5th 2009.Please download a "Parade Entry Form." Information Sheet Franklin 4th of July Parade 2009 Parade Theme: “ CELEBRATE FRANKLIN” Timing: Step-off 1:00 pm SHARP from Cross St. and Milliken Ave. Floats line up on Cross St. entering from Summer St.12-12:30 pm Bands on Milliken Ave. 12-12:30 pm Marchers who did not respond to invitations, CHECK IN WITH PARADE BOSS. Vehicles in DANTES’ parking lot ( EMPTY BUILDING TO THE RIGHT OF EAST CENTRAL ST. SHELL ) and across the street. Parade will end at UNION and SCHOOL STREETS. Have your ride meet you at Davis Thayer parking lot or access road next to ball field. All traffic will flow and EXIT on to Rte 140 (West Central St.) NOT UNION ST. EAST CENTRAL STREET at staging area will remain CLEAR except at Direction of PARADE BOSS!!!!! THROW NOTHING FROM VEHICLES (FLOATS).
